Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send merchandise that was purchased at one of our store locations for return. Our Distribution Centre cannot process any store returns and your package will be returned to you at your own expense. If the item was purchased at a store, it must be returned at a store.
Please note: when trying on items of jewellery, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size or colour if requested. If the product is not in its original condition we will charge a handing fee of 250 DKK/SEK or 25 EUR/GBP.
How to return a product
We know you may occasionally want to return an item, and have therefore detailed the instructions of how to do so below.
Please complete the returns form and send both this and the parcel to the address stated on the returns form. IMPORTANT: Use the returns label that was included at the bottom of your invoice. There is a 50 DKK/SEK or 5 EUR/GBP charge to use this service. If it is an exchange, this will be deducted from your refund. If the product is faulty the return is free of charge. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the item in the form of a merchandise credit.
Items should be returned in their original packaging. Dyrberg/Kern AS will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or faulty products. Dyrberg/Kern AS reserves the right to reject the returns of goods that are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy, and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.
Please note:
- If you require a different product (rather than a different size or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
- If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
- According to Danish law, a 2-year warranty will be granted from the date of purchase. If you wish to claim a purchased item, receipt for the purchase must follow the claimed item when received.
- You as consumer have the right to return the purchase up to 14 days after received. The cost related to the freight of the returned goods will relay on you. Also in this case the receipt for the purchase must accompany the returned goods.
